The Two Sheds Mix Tape #19: Silly Songs From The 70's

My last Mix Tape, looking back at Silly Songs from the 1950’s and 1960’s proved to be very popular and brought back quite a few memories for you all. So with that in mind I’m bringing you a second Mix Tape filled with daft numbers, this time from the glorious 70’s!

This collection brings together a veritable who’s who of comedy greats from that decade such as the Goodies, Jasper Carrot, Kenny Everett and Billy Connolly. There’s also a few efforts from the likes of the Wurzels, the Barron Knights, Jilted John and the Monty Python gang, mixed in with a few unintentionally daft songs. After all, you haven’t heard anything until you’ve heard Telly Savalas singing one of the greatest songs in American music history!

Here’s the track list:

1) The Combine Harvester (Brand New Key) - The Wurzels
2) The Lone Ranger - Quantum Jump
3) A Taste of Aggro - The Barron Knights
4) Luton Airport - Cats UK
5) Gertcha - Chas & Dave
