The Battle for Babylon 5: Civil War II Chapter Thirty-Eight
As he stood in the main chamber, his mind began to think of other things. It was in this chamber that President James Watt and Vice-President Thomas Leacock had been sworn in as the new leaders of the United Federation of Planets.
With their rise to power, a new wave of optimism had swept through the entire Federation. Watt had promised peace talks with the Romulan Empire, the end of the hard line Psi-Corp, and had spoken of peace, after centuries of fighting. All that had been taken away by one woman, backed by a tyrannical government from the other side of the galaxy.

Counselor Troi looked over, sensing his 'difficulties'.
"Is something wrong, Doctor?" she asked.
"No, my dear," Magus smiled. "Everything is fine. It's just this seat. I'm sure you find it comfortable, but there's something odd about it."

The Battle for Babylon 5: Civil War II Chapter Thirty-Five
"What's all this about, Doctor?" he asked. "You said you had one final mission for me, before I went to Minbar, and yet you're not sending the Lohengrin to Babylon 5. Why?"
Magus turned to face Sinclair. He could tell from his face that he was hurt, hurt at not being able to see Babylon 5 before his reassignment.
"I can tell what you are thinking, Captain. You will see your mission, and you will play an equally important role in the forthcoming proceedings. Now, if you'll excuse me."

Back in Time: Civil War II Chapter Thirty-Three
“Thank you, Scotty,” said Magus.
The wizard then walked over to the main engineering console and accessed the computer. He soon found the program he was looking for, a program he had installed with the help and the blessings of the Time Lords.
Back in time: Civil War II Chapter Thirty-Two
“There’s no need to talk me through the controls, Captain,” said Beckett. “I’ve been here before, remember?”
“Your leap into Captain Watt, you mean,” said Pendragon. “Very well, Doctor. Good luck.”
Back in Time: Civil War II Chapter Thirty-One
“Captain, we're being hailed,” Greenleaf reported.
Realizing that they could be destroyed, Pendragon was running out of options. Perhaps talking to them would delay the inevitable, but it was all he had at the moment.

Back in Time: Civil War II Chapter Twenty-Nine
The Kabreigny Object loomed large on the view-screen. It was all that Albert Calevicchi could think about. Since he had opened the letter from the legendary James Watt two years previously, he had waited for this moment. Now, with the galaxy in turmoil, carrying out his task would be even more difficult.

Back in Time: Civil War II Chapter Twenty-Eight
Once again the Jem'Hadar attacked Watt, and once again the battle was fierce. Using every piece of their fighting skill, they fought Watt tooth and nail, using fists and phaser. Those watching had to take cover several times, or they would have found themselves dead at the hands of 24th century weaponry. For one of the few times in his life, Gushie felt brave, and although phaser blasts rained down all around him, he continued to monitor the situation in the imaging chamber. The energy from the phaser blasts were sending the energy levels sky high, and with Beckett's task done, Gushie knew that he could leap any minute.
