WCL Season 2 Episodes 1-4 - DVD Review

It’s debut time in The Two Sheds Review as we take a look at the World Combat League. Founded in 2005 by film star Chuck Norris, the WCL is a full contact striking competition, incorporating styles from boxing, muay thai, kick boxing, karate and tae kwon do, and like MMA’s M-1 Challenge it’s a team event. But perhaps the most interesting part is that all fights are contested in what the fans call “the pit”, a no ring circle.Tuesday, April 06, 2010

TNA Destination X on Extreme Sports - TV Review
What you are about to read is a review I had hoped to bring you last weekend. Having missed out on Genesis and Against All Odds, TNA finally found a decent home for their pay-per-views here in Britain with the Extreme Sports Channel. But the first showing of Destination X was marred by a monumental cock-up as the final hour of the show was cut, leaving many fans angry and annoyed, and even more so when they found out that the second showing clashed with a certain other wrestling show. So it was lucky for me that our house has two satellite receivers, which means that I can now bring you a full review of this particular show.Wednesday, March 31, 2010

Hulk Hogan's Unreleased Collector's Series - DVD Review
A really ironic things happened in the wrestling business recently. As Hulk Hogan made his first appearances for TNA, WWE decided to release yet another DVD compilation dedicated to the man, featuring rare and unreleased matches, entitled Hulk Hogan’s Unreleased Collector’s Series. So what is this three disc set like then? Well, that’s what I’m hoping to find out.
