"Although we worked well to begin with, Mon Mothma and I never really saw eye to eye," said Bel Iblis. "That's why I set up this little group here."
"And where do you stand in the grand scheme of things, General?" asked Watt. "Are you siding with the Rebel Alliance?"
"That's a little hard to say. The Rebel Alliance refuse to recognize my group. The Empire thinks we are nothing more than a slight annoyance."
Then, Watt began to yawn.
"I apologize," said Bel Iblis. "You've probably had quite a journey. You should rest."
Bel Iblis snapped his fingers, and a few moments later, a woman approached them.
"This is Irenz, my top aide. She will show you to your quarters."
"Thank you, General. I will see you in the morning."
As Irenz led Watt away, Bel Iblis began to think of the impact his group could have if they had the illustrious James Watt helping them.
As Burke and Virdon looked around the Lord of the Isles with a sense of wonder, Magus tried to explain the situation to Galen.
"Now they know that James Watt has been here, they will come back looking for him. From what I've heard, they will make your gorilla armies look like a nursery school."
"What is a nursery school, Doctor?" Galen asked.
"Don't worry about it. Basically, your homeworld is going to be in great danger from the Imperials. I alone can't stop them, but I know people who can. For now, you would be safer if you came with me."
"What, up there?" Galen said, pointing upwards. "In the sky."
"Not just the sky, Galen. In space."
"It sounds like a good idea," said Burke. "From what I've heard about these Imperials, they don't sound like a good bunch."
"I'd be glad to get off this world," said Virdon. "But I wouldn't want to see it taken over by any sort of oppressive force."
"But what about my parents?" asked Galen. "Can't we take them as well?"
"I'm afraid not," Magus replied. "We have much to do. So will you come with us, Galen?"
Reluctantly, Galen agreed.
The Super Star Destroyer was by far the largest spaceship ever built, and because of the cost and time, only one was ever built. The Executor served as Darth Vader's flagship and as a symbol of his power. On this day, having spent a few days recuperating after the Death Star battle, he returned to his command.
Stepping out of his shuttle, he saw that the integration between the Starfleet and Imperial crews was going well. Starfleet may have had many narrow-minded officers, such as those who sided with the Free Federation, but many saw which side their bread was buttered on. One of them, Commander Thames, approached Vader.
"I hope you have some good news to bring me, Commander."
"I do, Lord Vader. I have two pieces of information to give you. The first concerns a certain President Watt. He's been located by a tracking station entering an uncharted star system not far away."
"Is he still there?"
"He was seen landing on the only Class-M world in the system. What is the other piece of news?"
"The combined U.S.S. Voyager/Battlestar Galactica fleet are on the move. If we maintain our current position, we will intercept them in six and a half days."
"It is not my intention to sit around and wait for Voyager and the Galactica. We have other matters to attend to. Those ships will be mine soon."
Soon, the Lord of the Isles blasted off. With Drathro's help and instruction, Virdon took the comm and controlled the ship as it left the apeworld's atmosphere.
"This seems easy," Virdon remarked.
"The Lord of the Isles is not the most advanced ship I have ever piloted," said Drathro. "Doctor Magus' last ship, the Flying Scotsman, had a far more sophisticated system."
"But this ship has more character," said Magus. "Mister Drathro, do you still have a lock on James Watt's last known location?"
"We do, Doctor."
"Good. Then help Colonel Virdon set a course for that position. We will continue our search from there."
