WWE Wrestlemania 26 on Sky Box Office - TV Review

It’s the biggest wrestling show of the year, with a legend returning, two massive title matches, and a re-match from last year’s show as WWE presented Wrestlemania 26, shown live in the early hours of this past Monday morning on Sky Box Office here in Britain, with Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and Matt Striker handling commentary duties.

UFC 111: St-Pierre v Hardy on ESPN - TV Review

There’s been quite a few Brits who have plied their trade in the octagon, guys like Ian Freeman, Mark Weir, Paul Daley, Ross Pearson and, of course, Michael Bisping. Dan Hardy has eclipsed them all, the first Brit to earn a shot at a UFC title, taking on Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre in the main event of UFC 111, shown live here in Britain on ESPN in the early hours of this past Sunday morning, with Mike Goldberg and Joe Rogan handling commentary duties.

UFC Vera vs Jones on ESPN - TV Review

The good and the great of the Ultimate Fighting Championship returned to television this past weekend with their first ever show on U.S. television station Versus, headlined by Brandon “The Truth” Vera taking on Jon “Bones” Jones, and shown live here in Britain in the early hours of this past Monday morning on ESPN, with Mike Goldberg and Joe Rogan handling commentary duties.

A really ironic things happened in the wrestling business recently. As Hulk Hogan made his first appearances for TNA, WWE decided to release yet another DVD compilation dedicated to the man, featuring rare and unreleased matches, entitled Hulk Hogan’s Unreleased Collector’s Series. So what is this three disc set like then? Well, that’s what I’m hoping to find out.
