Here’s the story. I was all set to take my latest trip into the Octagon on Sunday night, but a rain storm here in merry old England knocked out the satellite signal while I was recording the show. This meant that I had to wait to record the repeat showing in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

If Only They'd Look at My CV

To begin this story I need to tell you a little about the past few years of my life.

Ten years ago I had to give up a job I loved because of ill health. I won’t go into details here but all I will say is that I was kept on the shelf for almost three years until I was given the all clear to return to work in the early part of 2005.

ROH Battle in the Carolinas Part 1: Southern Defiance - DVD Review

It’s time to enter Ring of Honor territory once again as we go back to December 2011 to look at the recently released Battle in the Carolinas two disc set. The first part of this two part review sees us travelling to Spartanburg in South Carolina for the first ever singles meeting in ROH of Eddie Edwards and El Generico, as well as the 20 man Honor Rumble. The show in question is Southern Defiance.
