So What's Happened To All Your Music Then?

Some of you may have noticed a few changes around here in recent times, things vanishing, while a whole load of other things of a certain type suddenly appearing. Some of you may even find yourselves wanting to ask me “so what’s happened to all of your music then?” and “why has some of it gone?” If truth be known I’ve been having a bit of trouble with the distributor (turns to camera and waves while saying “hi D*******d, how you doing?”

So basically I found myself looking for a new distributor because the one I had refused to send any more of my AI-generated music to the streaming platforms, which is why, for the past few weeks, I’ve been making videos of some of the songs I’ve been creating, posting them on my YouTube and Tik Tok channels, and posting those links on my social media accounts, and on this blog.

All of this began around the time I released my first CD, an original work entitled “The Wrestling Diaries”, based on my old WAW Diary series from 2001 and created with the aid of various AI apps, and when I found a new distributor I made a couple of decisions.

The first of these would be that instead of uploading all of the tracks to the new distributor I’d turn the majority of them into new videos and upload them to YouTube and Tik Tok, while keeping a select few, mainly original work and a few choice cover versions, for the new distributor and for possible CD release.

So in short, original material such as The Wrestling Diaries and the Originals album I released a few months ago will still be available on the streaming platforms, as well as on CD through the Elastickid website, while the cover versions, such as the old television themes and wrestling entrance songs will be available on my YouTube and TikTok channels. There’ll also be some other cover versions coming to those channels soon.

Watch this space, when you’re not melting in this bloody heat wave.
